Our Quality Improvement Summit focuses on improvement science, quality measurement, and intervention strategies initiatives that have been shown to improve results. The event also showcases tools, technologies and analytic resources that can be applied locally to strengthen program data and child outcomes. For details, go to Summit
Our assessment process examines a program’s use of data, staff comprehension, facility, and comfort with data, and organizational structures and culture that help or hinder its use. We produce concrete, actionable roadmaps that enable programs to strengthen how they measure what they do and improve their services to children and families.
New expectations around data can be challenging to early childhood programs. Because of our work across many agencies, we are aware of what is working and what isn’t. Our consulting and training helps programs access proven practices that will improve performance and engage staff, boards and Policy Councils in meaningful ways.
